This is…so long overdue. I’m here to talk about one of my absolute favorite toys. The Vibrating Vamp by Tantus. It’s….just amazing. The shape, the density, the color is a beautiful deep purple. Honestly, it’s amazing.

The Size, the shape, and the feel:

The Vamp/Vibrating Vamp is not what I would call small. It is according to the Tantus website 7″ long, with a shaft diameter of 1.7″ and a max diameter of 1.75″. What does that mean? Basically, it’s a handful. The shape of the Vamp is thickest at the head, and narrowest at the tapered bottom. The feeling of the silicone itself is extremely draggy. In fact, in between taking it out of the bag it came in and trying to photograph it got covered in dust. So my recommendation is always, wash pretty much immediately before use, and definitely always after. (But you knew that!)

But how does it feel?

To me it feels, well, big at first. Like I said earlier the head is pretty much the girthiest part. I can’t just use this without warm up. Really, warm up is key. I also can’t take this completely up to the hilt. Sorry, I’m just not built that way. However, and this is a big however, this is absolutely one of my favorite toys. It feels amazing after getting used to the fullness. It is perfect for thrusting, for rotating, or just for clenching. I love this dildo. It pretty much ticks the boxes for me. The channel hollowed out for the dildo acts as a perfect place for a finger to assist in griping while thrusting. Speaking of that…

When are you going to talk about the vibrating?

I’m going to be completely honest. It’s not my favorite because of the “vibrating” part. This is a dense dildo. It’s not the super soft. The vibrator they so kindly ship you from Tantus works decently in, lets say the softer and smaller Echo, but in the Vamp it’s kind of lost. If you have a favorite bullet vibe, you can definitely try it. As it is, I prefer to use this toy without internal vibration…maybe coupled with a favorite vibrator on my clit.

In the end:

The Vibrating Vamp, or the regular Vamp, is amazing. It just is. I would say this is my most used, most loved, dildo. It probably comes out about 3x a week for me. While I only have a collection of about 5, that still means a lot. I would really recommend this to anyone even looking for something new to try.
